Kelp Noodles

My another blog I have not written on for over A YEAR!

I just tried kelp noodles. Surprisingly good.

I steam fried mushrooms, onions, garlic, red pepper and kale. Added water and tamari then stirred in the kelp noodles, popped a lid on the wok and cooked on a simmer for about 10 minutes. topped with chopped cilantro a squeeze of lemon, stirred an put lid on while I got the bowl out. Yummy.
